How to and Do you want to Deposit Old Rs 500/ Rs 1000 notes in your Family (Father/ Mother/ Grandfather)/ Friends or Relative account? You have to take permission in writing in A4 paper with exchange request slip that you are authorized person to deposit money in his/ her account.  gives you permission in writing.
